二、团队主要研究方向

 

聚焦集成电路与器件、电力芯片及系统应用,侧重核心器件物理层设计、后摩尔时代新型器件研发,产业标准器件模型研发,具体包括:

[1] VLSI核心器件直流、射频模型、波动性及统计模型等;互连寄生参数提取及建模;

[2] 各种模型参数提取所需的测试结构及测试电路设计;

[3] 国产替代PDK开发;

[4] 硅基新型器件GAA/TFET等器件预言、关键工艺模拟设计、单元电路设计;

[5] GaN\SiC\GaO功率器件及系统研发;

[6] 先进微纳光电信息器件与电路模拟及系统研发 (仿真+微纳加工流片);

[7] 自动驾驶算法及系统研究。

六、团队现有平台支撑情况

 

1)电路与器件仿真硬件平台2套:CPUIntel Gold, Memory: 512G, Hard disk: 8T, RAID: 0, 1, 5, 10, Power: 2*1100W,支持IPMI远程管理带外管理;

2CadenceSentaurus TCAD及其所集成ATK仿真软件平台、modelPDK开发平台:目前通过与EDA与集成电路产业公司合作,开展原子级技术、TCAD仿真、SPICE建模及PDK开发、模拟IP开发等研究。

 

七、指导研究生

 

1. 论文发表:近5年指导研究生半导体、集成电路相关SCI高水平期刊、北大核心论文60余篇。

2. 学科竞赛:指导学生获第五届华为杯研究生创芯大赛国家三等奖、企业专项二等奖;第六届华为杯研究生创芯大赛国家三等奖、企业专项二等奖;中国国际互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛铜奖。

3. 工作去向:华大九天、海思、韦尔、华力微、新进集等集成电路EDA、设计与制造头部公司研发部,国家电网各省市公司
